Hey there everybody! I am still having a great time juicing a bit and eating more and more RAW everyday. But I have an important question. I would like to do a short juice fast for cleansing, healing, and detox. But I don't want to lose any weight really. I understand that no matter what you do your going to lose some weight, but is there any way to keep it on better? I want to juice for 21 days? And I have a friend who wants to do it with me, but she is doing it more for the weight loss, so she can't help me. I have been looking around. Any opinions? Any help? Thanks ya'll!
