I'm not really sure what the difference between juice fasting and juice feasting is. But my Juice fast means fasting from solid food. I'm drinking as much juice as I need to keep hunger away. Mostly green juice and some fruit juices. I'm going to add some celery on my next shop as I'm feeling a bit light headed, so probably need a little sodium in there some where as I seem to get low blood pressure when I juice.
Yesterday started off easy but became gradually more difficult. When my kids had their dinner I was famished, so I had a juice. But unfortunately my husband came home late and the smells of cooking wafted through the house again, and immediately I was really hungry again. It took all my will power not to break, I just had some more juice.
Day 3 seems to be easier (but I don't want to speak to soon lol) - no hunger pangs hardly at all. In fact so much so that I haven't had any juice yet at all. I need to make my juice a priority though, as I can get myself into a pickle if I leave it too long. So I'm probably going to have to force myself to have a juice, even just a small one. The constant toilet trips are getting annoying, but at least I'm getting my exercise somewhere.

It is a feast....a feast of luscious juice...and yes...don't let yourself get behind on drinking your juice as that is the slippery slope that leads to a downfall......you are doing great!!! Adding in celery will help curb the trips to the bathroom as well (but not entirely.....) keep it going Evey!!! You will be so glad you do....Cheering you on over here!!!
I think people use the word "feast" so that they don't feel deprived.
