I haven't been around on raw food rehab much lately, but that is because I was stressing too much and going through another real tired phase. It will probably happen again, but I am feeling a bit more comfortable with everything right now.
I finally bought a juicer and I LOVE it! I bought a Hurom from eBay. I made a juice this evening for my dinner and feel great. I'm looking forward to my next paycheck so I can sign up for the Raw Balance (hope I make it before it fills up) and I am also going to buy a dehydrator! I think that will also give a boost to eating raw food. I can't wait to make some of the recipes from the "Krazy Kracker Lady". Serious, look her up on YouTube. Speaking of YouTube, I love watching Michelle's "It's a High Raw Life". She is so real and also inspiring to watch!
I am very happy to say that I have been eating raw for almost seven weeks now! I have only given in to cravings 4 times since I started, and though it is a struggle to maintain this diet with my family and work life, I am so very proud of myself for lasting so long, and also with my dedication to stick with it. :)
