I find that making an entire pitcher of nut mylk, then filtering through cheese cloth or a bag is too time consuming these days (I have a new baby at home!). What I do instead is add 1-2 tablespoons of nut or seed butter (I like sesame tahini these days) and 6-10 ounces of water to a blender and voila!
No need to filter or store, just use right then for cereal, smoothies or drink alone. It's easy to add sweetener of your choice if you like, and some vanilla or almond extract too for extra flavor.
You could also just add a handful of soaked nuts (or non-soaked but soaked works better and is better for your digestion) and blend away, though almonds and some other nuts may have some more fiber, but just think of it as extra goodness!
