Adding LIFE to your years and years to your life!
If I decide to focus on the good, will I experience life as mostly good?
If I commit to a grateful attitude, will I perceive my life as blessed and abundant?
If sadness from loss is my long time companion, am I willing to release it's darkness and look into the bright light of life?
If I stay present and refuse to "numb" myself, will I allow intense "feelings" to stay and do their work to grow me?
If I believe my purpose in life is to live loved by God, and to love God and others, than is love what matters?
If my center is love, am I willing to challenge and release thoughts and behaviors that do not serve love?
If I disconnect with the drama of circumstances, will I sense more peace and stability in my life?
If I avoid people when they are sharing negative thoughts, will I have a better chance of staying positive?
If everything I eat is my choice, will respecting my decisions with grace inspire better choices later?
If I have enough sleep, exercise, prayer, fruits, vegetables, water, loving relationships, and low stress, will choosing to be happy be much easier for me?
I wonder what your thoughts are? Leave a comment below if you care to. Love, Lynda

I decide to focus on the good and I experience life as mostly good.
I commit to a grateful attitude and will perceive my life as blessed and abundant.
Sadness from loss was my long time companion and I am willing to release it's gift of darkness, which protected me as I healed, and look into the bright light of life.
I stay present and refuse to "numb" myself as I allow intense "feelings" to stay and do their work to grow me.
I believe my purpose in life is to live loved and love, as love matters.
My center is love and I am willing to challenge and release thoughts and behaviors that do not serve love.
I disconnect with the drama of circumstances and sense more peace and stability in my life.
I bless the person, yet remove myself when they complain or tear others down, so I feed my mind loving thoughts.
Everything I eat is my choice. I respect my choices as learning experiences to grow from.
I make sure to get enough sleep, exercise, prayer, fruits, vegetables, water, loving relationships, and lower stress so choosing to be happy is easy for me.
Now that was fun!!!
I think yes. :-)
You and we will only find out if we try...... ..... my intuition says yes.
Have you seen Dara's vid on choosing to be happy, not that long ago?
The one that stood out for me was "If I stay present and refuse to "numb" myself, will I allow intense "feelings" to stay and do their work to grow me ?
