Wowee! Hello there again any potential readers :)
It surely has been a while since I have been able to finally log back onto RAW FOOD REHAB.
So whats been going on??...
So much! That this girl has had her load cut out for her!
From my previous (and first) blog post was all about my journey to commence a juice cleanse and how I was all ready to begin. Well this beautiful universe presented me to meet a lovely guy! and from that.. went to Dating, Dinners, Day trips out to amazing (and indulgent places!) plus just being in the bliss of getting to know someone and all the fun that goes with that *wink wink*.
Sooo.. The Juice cleanse may have taken just a little bit of a backseat. Though feeling centered and somewhat settled I am now feeling that now would be a great time to do this cleanse! 10 days Baby.....
I will admit it may be difficult, after weeks of indulging! (always vegetarian buuuuut an example being- In come the indulgent cafe food on those morning brunches together consisting of whatever veg dishes I find on the menu- oil and salty though delecious vegetable soups, FRESH BAKED bakery items, Grilled THIS and COOKED that ).
A little bit of weight gain :S And generally not feeling light and that raw energy vibe you just feel, so much cooked food! Its amazing how much I feel the difference.
I am so ready now!
Tomorrow being Monday january 14th (Australia) I shall begin juicing for 10 days.
Sure I'll sometimes need to make an allowence when I have to run out the door quick! grabbing a cold pressed/ non pasturised veg or apple juice from the fridge section of the supermarket when I'm about town BUT This is not about being perfect, This is about doing the best I can and most of all Saying to myself - Good on me for trying!
Already craving a fresh Coz/Romaine Lettuce, lemon, watermelon, cucumber, pinappple mixture mmm...
Fresh Produce and chlorophyll.
May watch That Juicing Documentary and read a few posts on the site to get ULTRA inspired.
Here I go! :)
