Real Food Rehab

No rigid rules, labels or dogmas.... just REAL food, for your body, mind & soul!

I know I have a problem with worrying about things I cannot control.  I'm trying my best to work on that.  Things I am able to control I need to think about and work at and not take them or that for granted.  Sometimes I just have to say that or type that to remind myself I guess.

I have been watching my old-faves on you tube in addition to some new faves lately and I'm really enjoying it and learning a lot.  They are inspiring and full of life, love, hopes, dreams, and encouragement.  I have made some new friends on FB, too, which is awesome!

One of my NEW Loves in life is...MANGO CHIA SMOOTHIES!!!!!  I had one yesterday for breakfast and another today.  It's just 2 Cups of Frozen Mango, 2 Cups of Water, 2 Tablespoons of Agave Nectar.  Today I added Spirulina for some Greens!  Both were awesome!

Also today I have consumed teas and tisanes as usual, Coconut Water, Organic Dates Rolled in Coconut.

I have been trying to get more organized, too, so I have been doing that type of stuff!  I'm getting overly antsy for Markets Market Season!  I cannot contain myself!

I have continued to sprout - my latest adventure has been almonds.  There is so much info out there and so little time to absorb it all - but I am having a LOVELY time trying and that's all we can do, right!

Signing off happy, today,

Jennifer

I find that if I 'follow' my fear about things that I cannot control to their very depths, that I can discern what that fear is really based on and know that it is not something that I really have to fear.  But.......I do have a very profound belief in spirituality and the natural course of things, so it has become easier to let go of things because I know that it will all end up well in the future, no matter what the current outcome is.
