I started in the vault and the progress has been slow for me. I thought I would kick it up and juice. As usual I was late to start juicing with the group, so I started on Monday the 23rd. I am following many of the "juicers" here and and have the typical symptoms of detox. I love how everyone is so quick to share ideas, recipes and support. I get waves of fatigue and then an enormous amount of energy, which I have been channeling to detox my home and work enviroment too! I find the hardest element of juicing is being prepared with juice in hand and having the right ingredients on hand. Today I walked into work and my co-worker and I chatted about the day ahead of us and asked how my juicing was coming along (this co-worker works part-time so I don't see her everyday) I told her today starts my 5th day and I am holding my own. I went to work at my desk. The same coworker came in and said your stomache is almost gone when you sit down and asked me if I noticed that? In truthfulness I know I feel lighter, but I did not feel that my guts were shrinking! So hence I don't have the guts like I used to! and I love it...Kind words go along way and keep us all motivated. I will pay it forward and tell you how great you all look today and your hard work IS paying off! Happy Weekend to my fellow Rehabbers. We can do this!
