Today is supposed to be above 90 degrees, and I think I will plan to drink tons of water and some juice, with only fruit or green smoothies for more solid food on such days this summer.  I’m trying to focus especially on liquid and on water.  I want to see if I swell up as much if I am really drinking enough and more.  I also want to see if my body stays more cool this way.  I’ve never been properly hydrated for my entire life, and this summer I’m going to get there and see how my body responds to heat with proper hydration.

Try making some water kefir!  It is delicious to drink in the HOT weather!  Sipping some now!!

Yep, sounds excellent Lisa! I think I need to do the same. If you havent got to the habit of it, its so easy to forget to drink water. And yet, it so easy to do! Just drink! Im glad you posted this, its a little reminder for myself.

Lisa, I work outside and last summer I worked two outside jobs.  I would drink two gallons of water on the super hot days and on days when I sweat a lot.  I never went home sick from dehydration.  Tired and hot but not dried out.  And there was no ankle or finger swelling.  You will definitely feel the difference.
