Today is supposed to be above 90 degrees, and I think I will plan to drink tons of water and some juice, with only fruit or green smoothies for more solid food on such days this summer. I’m trying to focus especially on liquid and on water. I want to see if I swell up as much if I am really drinking enough and more. I also want to see if my body stays more cool this way. I’ve never been properly hydrated for my entire life, and this summer I’m going to get there and see how my body responds to heat with proper hydration.
