Adding LIFE to your years and years to your life!

Ok so raise your hands here....WHO of YOU want to be dissected? Remember the science experiments in school (oh my! I cannot even believe I was there) and how ...well..you know......aw poor baby things....

Anyhow, we, as human beings don't want to be parted and pieced and observed and examined in every nook and cranty. In the medical system, albeit a failure, this is how it goes. Some, with illness, do it because they have been conditioned that it is the way to do it. Some do it because they get in fear and don't trust the built in healer.

Even worse is when it is "preventative care" and/or, after it all, "they found nothing". Yikes!

Ah!!! Take a deep breath. B--R-E-A-T-H-E. Now doesn't that feel better? Taking a deep breath gets one out of the head and into the heart. Now we are in the heart. To heal the body takes the analytical mind but once the heart is involved, a true healing can occur.

Why? Because our heart is our whole self. Without it, we are nothing. So when we engage our heart, it creates whole body healing. The best part of the heart is that is it where LOVE lives!

Taking the whole person into consideration, through conversation, not dissection, opens wide the inner wisdom toolbox and lets out, little by little, what the body wants and needs to do to heal/be well.

How is this accomplished in conversation, with oneself or another? By asking questions.

Powerful questions asked, create extraordinary results in your life because the body knows already. Tapping this inner well, this inner wealth, is like tapping the "gold mine in the hills" of optimum health and wellness.

You, your inner wisdom, your heart, knows. Caution: just be careful when it says "ice cream"....one must decipher sometimes what is really being said or asked for.

That, my friends, is a whole other conversation.

Love, from my inner wisdom heart to yours! Muah! Bette B
