Hi everyone, this coming January on the 12 and the 13 there will be a health and wellness expo in my local city. I was asked to be a speaker there (this will be my first time) in the kitchen, where I will have 30-45 minutes to prepare a few things, and talk about the nutrient content or what have you (not too sure at the moment).
I was wondering if anyone would have any ideas or recipes that I can present at this expo, as I'm not sure. I'm definately thinking something easy to make that doesn't require a dehydrator, as for the average consumer, they may not have one. I was thinking maybe a dessert, or a variation of todays favorite meals, like stirfry etc. But again not sure!
I'm totally stuck, and any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
