Hooray, back to raw and yoga after a rather indulgent holiday (I use the word 'holiday' loosely - it was pretty exhausting!).

Started today with a smoothie - orange juice (freshly squeezed) and bananas, with raspberries and green Matcha tea powder.

Lunch is a salad of mixed green leaves, toms, cuke and celery with scattered hemp seeds on top, and a dressing of 'Cool' oil (a mixture of hemp, pumpkin, evening primrose and i forget what else), ACV, raw honey and mustard seeds, with a tsp of dried mixed Italian herbs. Would love to grate a clove of garlic in, but daren't - working a late shift today!

Same again for dinner, with pumpkin seeds instead of hemp.

Will snack on fruit and maybe a handful of nuts at work, and drink herb tea if I want something hot. That's if I get time. We've been insanely busy on the ward this last month.
