I have been thinking lately about doing a green smoothie feast. The more I add these smoothies into my daily life, the more that I feel convinced that I can do this, because I just love them. I am mostly writing this in blog format in hopes that I will find others here who have done this kind of feast. I'm not really sure where to find the best info on how to go about doing this sort of feast properly so that I get the right amount of nutrition.
Long ago, I read that it's important to switch around what greens you eat instead of eating the same kind daily. I do like several kinds of greens so that shouldn't be much trouble, but I'm wondering if anyone knows how much of an issue it really is to do that?
Also, for anyone who has done a green smoothie feast, what kind of success did you have with it? Does anyone want to do one with me? I will be starting next week. I have to do it while I'm ready or it will take longer for it to happen. I'm sure there are many of you who know how that is.
