Made a Kale, Spinach, Romaine, Strawberry, Banana, Flaxseed Smoothie with water Monday for Breakfast. It was sicker than dog crap. But I drank it all because I know it was good for me. And I hate waste. Probably not the one to start with for a newbe. LOL
Did make a raw Spinach Avocado Soup in my vitamix that was delish and a raw Sesame Cabbage Slaw this week that was really good. Got the recipes from a Raw Intentions class that I went to Green Acres Market. I'm making baby steps by incorporating raw dishes into my diet. I'll get there. :)

Comment by nathalie carles on January 15, 2013 at 10:49pm Banana + kale + a pear would be a good start, then the spinach the next day. It is nice to rotate the greens so you don't have to have all of them at the same time. Anyway, you're doing great I am sure !!!!

Gradually add more greens as you get used to drinking Green Smoothies.
