Made a Kale, Spinach, Romaine, Strawberry, Banana, Flaxseed Smoothie with water Monday for Breakfast. It was sicker than dog crap. But I drank it all because I know it was good for me. And I hate waste. Probably not the one to start with for a newbe. LOL
Did make a raw Spinach Avocado Soup in my vitamix that was delish and a raw Sesame Cabbage Slaw this week that was really good. Got the recipes from a Raw Intentions class that I went to Green Acres Market. I'm making baby steps by incorporating raw dishes into my diet. I'll get there. :)
