I have been raw for about three years now and I have to say that it has been one hecker of a challenge. I've lost a considerable amount of weight and gained some insight and wellness of how I think about things. I've created good habits and got rid of old habits. However, I have been hearing about these "natural" products that I have worked for losing weight. Garcinia Cambosia and Green Coffee Bean Extract. If these products are so great why don't we just eat the fruit to gain its weight loss properties? Coffee to me is not a good thing but how does it work in its natural, young state? Would you say it's the same as having that morning cup a' joe? And would it be something that I would want to put into my temple?
