I went shopping with my husband the other day and found Raw Food Made Easy for one or two by jennifer cornbleet . I was so excited. It really helps me to have resources I can turn to. Still having some struggles but I know it will take some time to get accustomed to all this. I watched my husband eat some meat with a lot of fat on it. I then blocked it out by enjoying my salad and before I knew it he was done. I don't like to see him eating this way but I stopped being his food police. I make him smoothies and he drinks them cause the only veggies he likes are corn carrots and peas. At least he is getting some raw veggies in. He had a heart attack so I worry for him.
