I'm proud of myself.....stopped at store and bought $40 worth of veggies/fruit to juice this week. Got up bright and early this morning, juiced a couple pounds of carrots, a couple granny smith apples, and a head of romaine. So far this morning drank lots of water, took magnesium, zyflemed, juice plus, now green tea.....I will be having 8oz of juice once the hunger pains hit me and then about every 2.5 hours today. we'll see how things are early evening and may throw in a salad w/ some beans.....or maybe just juice!! I'm just smiling cause I managed to do the juicing before work today, but its all in planning ahead a little bit!! Wahoo!! Now to talk to my son and hubby tonight to get a little more support from them and I'll be on my way.  I know that is what's been holding me back in several parts of my life right now so I'm ready to move forward and get all that I deserve!! I'm worth it!!

Good on you. How long are you juicing for?

I just did a 7 day juice fast. It was 100% juice nothing else except water. I posted all my juices everyday on my face book page called Addicted to raw if you are after some ideas or inspiration from a picture please check it out.

I loved doing the fast. I felt so good I kept going for a few days after.

So glad you said you're worth it because you are. How do you like the zyflemed? I have a torn ACL and am looking for some options.

I just found a fabulous juice recipe, very good for liver detox and very simple to make:

- one (small) bag of raw cranberries

- 2 apples

Juice, and drink. Not too sweet...fabulous!!!!!!! I have this in the morning right now. (I also tried with frozen ones when the season will be over and it works well too).

That's awesome.  Juicing is a great addition to any day......it really helps get alot of nutrition in your system which also helps reduce cravings!  Best of luck to you!
