I have been not feeling fine for a week now, the head aches, whole body is burning up, paining like hell......need help , i don't want to take 'other medications' please help!!what should i take so at least i can sleep.

that will melt your muscles and you'll feel relaxed without any meds.

Sleep is essential to heal but even laying still and resting is good until sleep comes.

If you need a break from it all - hospitals use paracetamol as a first line of treatment so one or two times might be needed if you have other important things to do.
I agree with all Meherbani said but there are times when pharmaceuticals are helpful in my opinion. Hope you are feeling better soon.

so many conditions/circumstances can contribute to what you are experiencing..
theoretically, romaine has something in it that is calming; as does celery which is hugely alkaline and can help in calming.
breathing exercises too, enormously helpful.
From Kundalini yoga, breathing through the left nostril is calming while the right nostril is energizing (moon/sun energies respectively).. So, in bed, get comfortable and close off your right nostril with thumb or whatever is easy..and breathe slowly, deeply experiencing physical reality/sensations, etc. at whatever pace you can.
and might be surprised at the slowing down of your mind, stress.. giving it (that experience) some space to possibly experience change, softening of the edges, maybe.
on the west coast, so hoping you've made into restful sleep land.
