Been doing a lot of juices and smoothies the last few days. As always, it works as a charm and I already feel much happier. In 2 weeks I'm going on holiday, until then I will only be eating raw soups, smoothies and juice. The great thing about cleansing is that you're actually looking forward to it, it doesn't feel like a diet at all. Just like you're being superkind to your body and you eat lots of yummy things :) I would really like to learn how to get out of a cleanse and staying raw for a long time without overeating after a while though, it's tough.
I want to start a yoga class but I'm scared that I'm not going to be able to do it, that I won't understand a thing and feel like an idiot. I've been thinking about doing it for 2 years. Gaah. I wish I was one of those people who love doing stuff in groups. I'm a runner, but I wouldn't be able to do it with someone next to me.
