Raw Food Rehab

No rigid rules, labels or dogmas.... just REAL food, for your body, mind & soul!

Woke up to 32 oz. of water w/ lemon and made up a pitcher of this to sip on throughout the day:

9am - this gorgeous AND delicious Grapefruit Goji Juice (I juiced 6 ruby red grapefruits, then threw a handful of goji berries in to soak for a couple of minutes. Blended and strained....outrageously delicious kick off to my 28 Day Cleanse!)

at noon I had this hardcore savory green juice.....it was absolutely marvelous (caused me to cough up a ton of mucous....thought you'd love to know...hehee ;- )
I just threw in a bit of what I had:
carrot, kale, celery, tomato, red bell pepper, jalapeno, watercress, cucumber, lime, apple cider vinegar

around 2:30 I cracked into a young thai coconut and drank the water:

4:30 pm Tea Time! Woodland Raspberry Afternoon Tea is a beautiful blend of rooibos, raspberries, hawthorne berries, heather, rose petals & vanilla

and now at 7:30 pm I'm having my final concoction for the day......I blended 3 carrots, 3 big handfuls of romaine, 2 stalks celery, 1/2 red bell pepper, 2 scallions, big handful of cherry tomatoes, 1 tbsp cold pressed olive oil, a splash of apple cider vinegar and the juice of one lemon. I blended well and then strained.....it's yummy.
SORRY NO PHOTO.....it looks almost identical to the earlier green juice.

I did an enema this morning which was helpful. No exercise today but I am lined up to make an appearance at the gym on T-W-Th for classes, then I will walk on the other days....this is my master movement plan!

I have been in great spirits all day. I felt a big wave of hunger (or something) around 4:15....decided to brew some herbal tea and I was instantly better.

I hope everybody else has had an awesome day and that you are planning to get a great night of sleep!

I feel so clueless when it comes to enemas. I have never done one. There's probably information somewhere on RFR. It sounds like something that will be beneficial during this cleanse...time to do some research, but it's the middle of the night, so it will have to wait until tomorrow! I couldn't get to sleep earlier...I think I may have had my last juice too late in the evening.

Gorgeous! I'm totally going to try mixing grapefruit juice with goji berries tomorrow... yum! Have a great night, Penni! Thanks for all the support & guidance.

Lovely, Penni. I also did an enema this morning and it was like life coming back into me. (And yuck going out of me which made room for more life!)

I appreciate you so much and the sweet comment you left on my wall about my challenges over the last several weeks. I am on my way to wellness and it's going and going now and forever. Loving you and so grateful you are in my life and RFR too.

Only rehabbers can appreciate the significance of horkin' up a logie (or as you much more eloquently put it, coughing up a ton of mucous). I'm guessing all of you on the 'official' cleanse will be feeling cleaned up and cleared out in no time!
Oh, a master movement plan...love it. Much love.
