Hi all my Raw Food Companions,
I had a good/bad week, because found I was up and down on the scales. I bounced back up 2.5 lbs and thought, "Oh no you don't." I worked way to hard to let me go back to where I was three weeks ago. I realized I had chowed down big time on all those yummie dense crackers I had dehydrated last week. So, two days of juicing just veggies brought me back in line. So, I finished out today just 1 oz. less than last week, but I was still down. Gained 2.5 but lost 2.6. I find for me if I just stick to two green smoothies for breakfast and lunch and a nice rich soup for dinner I will loose. But oh my Coconut Chocolate fudge bars are just the right amount of sweet and chocolate taste I enjoy after dinner. Just a piece. And I'm good. The recipe is really easy if anyone wants it.
