Does Easing Into It Make It Easier?

I'm so crazy to start my juice feast, I'm just going to start easing myself into it today.  I'm thinking I'll do a couple of days of green smoothie/fruit/salad and then a day or two of juice/green smoothie/fruit.  I'll get some experimenting done with the nut milk bags.  I'll get to start experimenting with flavor profiles.

I see no reason to put off to another day what I can do right now.  If my brain says go, I'm going to go for crying out loud!

I agree with Debbie.  If your brain and body say go, then Go!  And enjoy.  You're doing your brain and body good.
