Weight - was 178 now 170 (down 8 lbs) (my scale)

Day 6: 132 (down 87 points)
Day 7: 140
I don't really know why my sugar was up. I drank water & herbal tea, ate thai lettuce wraps and Red Pepper Bisque. I wa sout of greens for juice.I figure I need at least a quart a day of green juice. i'm just doing my best and I will get there. I did have a lot of back pain yeasterday. I thought maybe my kidneys were detoxing. It kinda felt like kidney pain. Maybe that can raise the blood sugar...shrug?
I can't wait to see what tomorrow brings!!
