Adding LIFE to your years and years to your life!
Well I am on vacation and have taken a few days off from being on here and blogging. Some days have been wonderful foodwise and others have not. I am sort of bouncing around from one place to another so everday I am dependent to some degree on others as to where and what is eaten. Luckily many of my family members are very accomodating and used to my "weird" eating habits. So far it has been a great trip I got to spend lots of time with my baby niece and it was so wonderful.
I have so much to be grateful for and I have missed my daily gratitude lists:
1-I get to go on a much needed vacation
2-I have loving fun friends and relatives to visit
3-My husband is willing to handle all the work and home responsibilities so I can go on vacation.
4-My Mom has an awesome hoop so I can get some excercise in later today
5-It has been sunny and warm everyday
6-My Mom has an extra car so I don't have to worry about getting around
7-I had farm fresh spinach for my green smooothie this morning
8-I feel energized and strong
9-I am excited to be hiking tomorrow with my sister
10-I a grateful to get to spend a relaxing day today with my Mom.
