Adding LIFE to your years and years to your life!
I have noticed less inflammation in my legs. This is nice. I have to say that I am convinced that not including sugar of any kind in my diet is the way to go for me for now at least.
Since cutting out fruit I am noticing that the pockets of inflammation are going down in my legs. I could feel a ripply, bumpy feeling when I pushed on my leg as though pockets of fluid or inflammation were just beneath the skin. They are beginning to go away and I am starting to feel muscle instead. I remember a friend of mine Melanie, saying she went through this as well on her weight loss journey. I find that interesting.
Apparently the alkaline water and alkaline diet is allowing my body to release this stored inflammation. My massage therapist has often refered to it as congestion. It actually hurt when touching the skin or tissues. I am seeing more and more definition of muscles and bones I have not seen in awhile.
Not doing coffee enemas as much but I still do them when I feel detox symptoms. I believe rebounding has done wonders for cleaning out toxins by moving the lymp along.
I have along way to go on my journey but this 90 days is about establishing good habits and then continuing on the path. My Long range goal will be May 27,of 2014, which is my birthday. I would like to see most of this extra weight off by then. I believe it will happen as long as I stick to the plan.
Focus for the day:
*Drinking plenty of water
*Getting back to my exercise routine now that I am feeling better
*Eating frequently when I first feel hungry(when I go past this time I get into trouble)
*Being thankful for the hard work my body is doing and greatful for its amazing progress.:O)
