Day 5 Juicing-this sure is easier then I thought

I had a 2 different juices for breakfast. They came out very well. I had a juice for lunch and I had some orange juiced for snack. I am currently drinkng a juce soup. My this is tasty. I will probably finish the night with a fruitier juice so I feeel like I had dessert :) maybe an apple pie juice!

My nut milk bag did arrive in the mail today. It was a lot smaller then I thought but hey it did the job for dinner. I love how the juice came out. Ordering my Breville Thursday YEAH!!!

Oh I am not hungry unless I go WAYYYYY to long between lunch and dinner. The little hunger pains are quieted with lots of water until I get a juice.

I feel like I am walking faster. Hmmm.

Wow that's so great to hear that you're enjoying it so much! Goes to show that it doesn't have to be a pain. Apple pie juice sounds delicious

Hi Jean,

I am on day 4 tomorrow.  I am doing what you are and making sure to drink several different juices all day and evening.  I tried this before, but didn't get past day 4.  I feel great and plan on keeping on with this for at least 30 pounds!
