Yesterday I took the day off and caught up on laundry and then took a break in the sun and in my hammack for about an hour and a half. It was awesome soaking up the sun! Totally re-energized me after the stressful weekend. Amazing how my spirit was calmer and I was more relax
My Daily routine:
Drink two glasses of water when I get up
Coffee enema on days that I am doing those(not doing them every day anymore) I only do them if I am feeling detox symptoms so it varies as to when I do them. By detox, I mean feeling achy, sluggish or if I am havnig alot of rash breakouts of skin break outs. That is a sign to me that my liver is needing help)
Recipe for Coffee enema: Aprox 3 tablespoons of organic coffee boiled in alkaline water- enough water so that there is four cups to go in the enema bucket. I bring the coffee to boil and let it boil for aprox 10 minutes and then I filter it with a funnel and coffee filter and pour into a pitcher so it makes it easy to fill the enema bucket. Of course make sure it is warm not hot or not cold for the enema.
Next I rebound for 30 minutes(this is great for the lymph system)
Then walk for 30 minutes
I drink two more glasses of alkaline water while exercising and then two more after exercising.
Then I wait until I feel hungry to eat breakfast(it varies according to what I have on hands as to what I eat. sometimes I eat tomatoes sliced and salted with sea salt, sometimes it is cucumbers, etc etc
Then between breakfast and lunch I drink more water
Lunch usually is a stir fry in water just enough to warm them, not cooked to dealth. They are still very crispy. I use Braggs liquid aminos on this. sometimes it is a salad and no dressing. However lemon could be used.
Snack is 1ounce of almonds or half of an avacado9sometimes I divide my almonds into two servings so I can have half in the morning and half in the evening for a snack.
Dinner: is salad or left over stir fry.
In between meals and snacks I drink as much water as I can with the goal of drinking minimally half my body weight in ounces of water. However therapuetically drinking my entire body weight in ounces of water is recommended since I am in a detox mode. I don't always get that done though. I am drinking 9.5 ph water from my Kangen water ionizer so it is filtered and ionized and microclustered. This allowes easier absorbtion and antioxidant power to flush out my cells.
Then if I can I like to get in another 30 minute walk after supper. On nights I work I am not able to do this but like to when possible.
I am adding light weights this week but only light weights because I do not want to add lactic acid to my body on top of the detoxing it is already doing..
Some of you have asked what I am doing so thought this would give you an idea.
