Good morning all it is day 4 of 30. I spent the last 3 days switching over to raw eating. 85 % raw fruits & veggies. I want to start a green smoothie cleanse today. I mostly like spinach and kale. My normal smoothie is
2 cups of spinach
1 frozen banana
1 cup of strawberries
I repeat this about 4 times a day just changing the type of berries. I am not sure if this is enough nutrition. There is no protein for 30 days. So my question is what does a green smoothie cleanse daily intake look like and is my body getting all it needs? Lastly, I am a walker 1-3 miles per day light to moderate speed. Can I continue to walk?
I need suggestions and Ideas.
