Today I planned to have orange-lemon juice, but it turned out I didn't make any juice, apart form some lemon juice. 

So, in the morning I had warm water with lemon juice. During the day I had a cup of white tea with some honey and some green tea with lemon juice. I also drank lots of water.

Usually, during juice fasts, I feel without energy most of the time, and feel tired to have whatever physical activity. This was the case today as well. I decided that I need any exercise, and decided to dance a little bit. Some time after starting dancing, I felt that natural high. I danced a lot, had a shower, rode a bike, used a massage disk. I felt so great!  :)

I plan to exercise and/or dance every day for about an hour. I just experienced today that energy comes with the movements, and I'll definitely make sure this beautiful body moves! 

I also plan to keep drinking lots of water to flush toxins out of my body. I'll go for at least 2.5-3 litres tomorrow during the day. :)

Kind of crazy how that works, huh?  I was so tired the other day, I wanted to skip out on the workout altogether.  Forced myself to do it.  It is a tough workout and I felt like I fought through the whole thing.  After finishing it though, I was so much more energized than when I started.  I refueled, took a quick break and ended up going for a second workout.  Felt so good!

Awesome and crazy feat to tackle 30 days!  Rock it out, Chica!
