Adding LIFE to your years and years to your life!
So this is pretty exciting. I believe what I am doing is working. I am varying my food intake from day to day.on calorie intake. I believe the 10 day holiday between 90 day detox sessions has been great for my body.
Biggest challenge I have is getting in enough calories. So every third day I am allow myself complex carbs so my body does not think I am in a starvation mode. I am going to weight for the next two weeks to see the trend that is going on . Then I will ignore the scale again.
I believe I have a plan that is going to work and I will continue to release pounds. I am seeing porfiles of muscle and bones I have not seen in a long time. My skin is looking great and I think the high green intake is helping with that. It is healing nicely and I am thinking I actually can loose this weight and not have saggy skin. I am seeing stretch marks go away and also vericose veins healing up.
I believe high greens intake and alkaline water are the source of healing for my skin.
I also think adding in the sun warrior protein powder has done wonders for my weight loss. I think my weight lifting buddy is right no with that. So thankful for the input. from him and also a gal I met through him that is a body builder too.
I used to lift weights and had a very toned body, plus was a gymast in high school so know what it is like to be at my goal weight and feel great from being fit. Now the challenge is to get back to that body and carve it out of the layers of toxins, fluid, fat and extra skin. I believe it is going to happen. Kind of funny, because several people discouraged me from that goal in the beginning and did not think I was being realistic. Well, thankfully I have friends who believe anything is possible with enough faith and effort and I am thrilled that I am on my way to that body. I DO BELIEVE it is achievable!;o) When we give our bodies the healthy nutrition it needs and eat whole foods, the body has what it needs to heal. It is biblical.
Have a great Sunday and enjoy your day of relaxation and recharging!;o)
