I did great today! My calorie count for today was 1120, fat 32, cholesterol 0, sodium 1455, potassium 2028, carbs 167g, fiber 41g, vitamin A 309%, vitamin C 268%, Calcium 135%, Iron 77%. Not too bad. I think the fruit took me over in sugar.
So other than all that boring stuff, I feel good, happy, hopeful, and I don't feel hungry. I had only 2 non raw items today, a steamed artichoke and vegannaise with my dinner. I had a chia seed and banana tapioca for breakfast which left me really hungry less than 2 hours later. I then snacked on some raw granola which tied me over till lunch. For lunch I had raw pad thai and some berries. Then at home I had a raw chili with the artichoke and vegannaise.
I'll have to figure out how much to eat in the morning. I get the most hungry around 10-11am... so I'll have to figure out how to make sure I'm eating enough in the morning, or spreading out breakfast.
