I did great today! My calorie count for today was 1120, fat 32, cholesterol 0, sodium 1455, potassium 2028, carbs 167g, fiber 41g, vitamin A 309%, vitamin C 268%, Calcium 135%, Iron 77%.  Not too bad. I think the fruit took me over in sugar.

 

So other than all that boring stuff, I feel good, happy, hopeful, and I don't feel hungry. I had only 2 non raw items today, a steamed artichoke and vegannaise with my dinner.  I had a chia seed and banana tapioca for breakfast which left me really hungry less than 2 hours later. I then snacked on some raw granola which tied me over till lunch. For lunch I had raw pad thai and some berries. Then at home I had a raw chili with the artichoke and vegannaise.

I'll have to figure out how much to eat in the morning. I get the most hungry around 10-11am... so I'll have to figure out how to make sure I'm eating enough in the morning, or spreading out breakfast.

 

What's your favorite breakfast item?

I love bananas, but I don't like them in my smoothies because I'm not to fond of the thick consistency.  I do like smoothies though ^_^ my favorite I've had so far is one I made not to long ago with an orange, some pineapple, and spinach. It was very good. I wake up hungry in the morning. I think it's because I usually eat dinner around 5ish and I go to bed around 11, then wake up at 7... so I think all that time between eating gets to me in the morning. I would eat later, but I remember my mother telling me to not eat late in the day so I just never have.

Oh and I'm right with you there about kale; it is delicious! I like having it in smoothies or as chips. :P

Glad you had a great day. I actually enjoy reading about your meals.

 

My favorite breakfast item is a smoothie with banana and any berry. Actually, any smoothie with kale and/or spirulina. I have at least 16 ounces, but often closer to 32 ounces. I don't wake up hungry, but when hunger hits, it hits hard!
