Today was a great all raw day for me!  Fabulous way to kick off the new initiative!

 

I had some water with lime juice, fresh Oj, peaches, nectarines, apricots, mangoes and then I tried the Ginger Miso dressing recipe from the initiative and made an amazing salad with kale, wakame, sesame seeds, avocado, carrots, daikon, red onion, cucumber noodles, sunnies and cilantro.  A friend came over and I severed this to her and she couldnt stop raving about how awesome it was.

 

I felt really centered and energized today and got a lot done for a change.

 

Last initiative after reading that you cant be stressed and grateful at the same time I started adding a gratitude list to my daily food blog and that helped more than anything to make the shift to a more postitive attitude so I am wanting to continue the "too blessed to be stressed" gratitude lists this initiative!

1- I am grateful to be in the new raw results initiaitve!

2-I am grateful to have 2 smart and healthy kids

3- I am grateful to have a break from my kids for a few weeks this summer to just focus on me

4- I am grateful to have a wonderful citrus juicer and a case of oranges

5- I am grateful to have the support of this awesome online community to help me on my raw food journey

6- I am grateful to have a wonderful husband who is my best friend and is a good listener

7- I am grateful to have a computer and the internet so I can work from home and visit RFR

8-I am grateful to have a safe dry place to sleep out of the rain tonight

9-I am grateful to have a loving family to support me

10- I am grateful to have a healthy strong body.
