I will return to the Vault for RAW RESULTS. Hugs for all of your wonderful motivation. I am so committed, I think people are amazed at what I am doing for myself and others. It's catching on---love, love, love it! I am living with enthusiasm.

When you don't stick to your intended way of eating, whatever that is, do you abandon hope and give up for the day? No, I say! Instead, you have to re-commit to your plan. Even if you have to re-commit 10 times a day, keep re-committing. Never, ever give up! If you can get just a few hours of staying the course, you'll start to gather momentum and confidence, and then it gets much easier. Maybe you don't end up eating the way you wanted to exactly, but maybe you end up eating a little less or a little better than the day before, because you tried to be conscious. It is about taking the first step, and increasing your successes a little each day. Similarly with exercise, if you've been sedentary for a while, you may not be able to motivate yourself to get up and do a cardio workout, but you may be able to go for a walk, or do some gentle floor exercises. Get the ball rolling, and it soon gathers its own momentum. ~Jinjee
