Adding LIFE to your years and years to your life!
Starting off the new year, its been good, but could have been better.
I've started exercising, but my food intake has not been as pure as I would like.
I'm thinking of joining the February initiative, but finances have hit another slump, and in the past I haven't remained true to myself even if I was in a group like an initiative. It is going to be self- discipline and control. That will happen whether I am in an initiative or not.
I have to set my own goals. I have given a lot of thought to this.
Goals for the next 14 days (till the end of January)
~Exercise according to the TurboFire schedule
~Consume only foods that BENEFIT my health!! (for me that is 90%raw, no grains, healthy fats, nothing processed)
~Drink enough pure water everyday
~Most importantly, READ MY BIBLE DAILY AND SPEND TIME PRAYING.
I will try to post daily, but my busy schedule sometimes makes that impossible.
