Real Food Rehab

No rigid rules, labels or dogmas.... just REAL food, for your body, mind & soul!

The sun is shining and I have an appointment tomorrow at a physiatrist office (i think i spelled that right) to see if they can help me w/ my continuous pain in my ankle/calf and lower back/hips with rehab and exercises. God is telling me there is an answer so I've been led to this doctor. I know there will be a brighter day around the bend and I can manage this pain a little better for the rest of my life. I want to get to exercising again and lose this extra 25 pounds.

If there is one thing I have learned for certain, its that when God is leading you to healing, we're best off following His lead!  I used to get migraines, he led me to an upper cervical chiropractor.  I used to be labeled as "bipolar," He clearly spoke to me in my spirit that it was my thyroid and led me to my mother-in-law who is a Doctor of Naturopathy.  Countless occasions has He led and not a single time has He led into the hands of regret.  His faithfulness and love never fails to awe!

So glad that you are maintaining a positive outlook and looking first to the One who knows all things!  God bless you for that, Lady!
