Raw Food Rehab

Adding LIFE to your years and years to your life!

Hello- Does anyone have any helpful information on behcets and raw foods?  or autoimmune disorders and raw foods for someone who is suffering very badly and really needs help?  Regular doctors and RXs are doing absolutely nothing.  I would really love any information that can be passed my way.

Behcet's syndrome is a disease that involves inflammation of the blood vessels. It causes problems in many parts of the body. The most common symptoms are

  • Sores in the mouth
  • Sores on the sex organs
  • Other skin sores
  • Swelling of parts of the eye
  • Pain, swelling and stiffness of the joints

More serious problems can include meningitis, blood clots, inflammation of the digestive system and blindness.

Doctors aren't sure what causes Behcet's. It is rare in the United States, but is common in the Middle East and Asia. It mainly affects people in their 20s and 30s. Diagnosing Behcet's can take a long time, because symptoms may come and go, and it may take months or even years to have all of the symptoms. There is no cure. Treatment focuses on reducing pain and preventing serious problems.

I would be surprised if there was any info anyone could offer you, as I doubt most people (including myself) have ever heard of this before.   But in the raw foods/natural healing world, it is pretty much a consensus that doing a raw foods/juicing diet will make anything better....much much better.

Not having any particulars on the person, I would also suggest colon cleansing......colonics, Dr. Richard Schulze's incurables program....he studied with the best, is one of the best imho.  I would turn to raw foods/juicing and his advice/programs if I had anything serious going on........anything.

So....I hope this is helpful.  I would have this person do a juice fast.....start with 7 days....maybe go longer depending upon how they are doing with it......but as much raw foods and juice daily, and if they want to have some cooked foods....to make it whole, not processed, vegan foods and to avoid soy and canola and grains......gluten......just because you never know what may be compounding issues.....millet, amaranth, quinoa are good.....buckwheat....rice...but not wheat or anything like wheat.

Sending rays of love, strength and healing to you and yours.
