Adding LIFE to your years and years to your life!
Hi folks
Been away for a while now..lots happened. Moved house twice, had a car accident...no job..got job..lost job..moved...found a job :)
So...its back to raw foods which i love....its winter approaching but you can have warm non boiled foods and soups....so no problems there..once i learnt that a few years back raw food wasnt a psychological problem as some people get a sort of blockage when winter comes and fear of heating food.
I visited the raw food cafe in Soho (London) and they have great hot raw...noddles and sfaux stir fries, hot choloate and warm drinks etc..so when I saw that and ate it...i relaxed....
I feel I have aged 10 years though due to the last year of stresses so need to regenerate myself...as been eating all the wrong stuff that gives me allergies as living with someone who wasnt raw and we had to pool our food money.
So..here's to a positive future :)

Cheers to a positive future!
Hey Jason, glad to see you back! Look forward to seeing you around here............and good info on warming foods in winter. Good luck with getting back to 100% after your car accident. It takes time, good massages, good food, and more time. Here's to the future! It's fabulous!
Comment by Jason Littlewolf on October 19, 2012 at 2:19pm Its great to be back on the site...I missed it, but I had to much 'life' going on LOL...one thing I intend to sort out is my eyesight..i think the whiplash in the car accident did something as I now need glasses...also my back is still a bit wonky...
Hi Penni !!!!..good to see your still here at the helm....the world would be poorer without you and your team (Susan etc :)..)

Comment by Jane on October 18, 2012 at 1:12am Hi Jason, It’s nice to see you here; I used to enjoy reading your blogs on a previous website. I think I know the café/restaurant you are talking about but I’ve never been, despite toying with the idea for the longest time. Is it next to the Hari Krishna restaurant in Soho Street? If so, is it the sort of place you can visit alone in a lunch break? Years ago there used to be a little, corner-shop, raw food café at the other end of Soho Street where you could buy takeaway. I miss it.
