Hello RFR! I have been away for a while and now I'm back.
I left because I'd become less and less raw, and felt I was sort of 'failing'. I had a shelf full of raw food prep books and thought I could do it on my own.
What I didn't appreciate was what a special community this is! I joined another on-line community concerned with health and fitness. I've started running - which is great. Still hula-hooping a lot and getting pretty good. But the nutritional angle was rubbish - very much the SAD albeit more 'healthy options' and the old carb. fat, protein balances. No support at all for the addictive nature of cooked foods, especially sugars, carbs, grains etc.
So, I had my lightbulb moment - and realised I needed to come home!
I'm working my way back to being raw - incorporating at least one raw meal into each day.
