I am finishing my 7 day juice fast in the morning and was wondering what I should be eating.
I know to eat small amounts and chew slow. Basically have a piece of fruit and another juice.
Maybe a miso soup for dinner.
But can anyone tell me the best fruit and veges to have on the first 1 and 2 days. For example orange or apple, cucumber etc....
How about a plain pumpkin soup? although not raw when could I have something like that?
