Adding LIFE to your years and years to your life!
I was reading the blogs posed here and I'm all excited again.
I mean people are having real successes eating raw.
I'm on a raw food journey to heal my body.
I was diagnosed as being pre-diabetic and I'm 250 pounds, although I've lost 25 pounds in
the last 5 months, transitioning from low-carb to about 70% raw now.
That's a big deal for me the twinkie-queen!

I'm so glad God brought her into my life and that she doesn't mind getting in my face when I'm in a
Well, I guess I'm finished rejoicing for this week.
May the blessings of God overtake everyone on this site and spread to those whom they love.
See you all next week.
