No rigid rules, labels or dogmas.... just REAL food, for your body, mind & soul!

So I have recently found raw, and am slowly moving from a meat and processed food diet, to a veggie, vegan, and eventually % raw diet. 
To achieve this i have been taking the slow and steady approach of making one simple change to my diet and lifestyle each month. I have read that it takes 20something days to make an unbreakable habit!

January: I started drinking green smoothies. 
February: I started doing yoga (hot yoga- its AMAZING!)

March:
As the yoga has made a bit of a dent in my finances I decided to do something that didn't cost anything extra. my skin had improved drastically in January, but was beginning to get acne again (im 25 so way to old for all this now!)

so this month I am simply drinking more water. 

and I feel great!
