Raw Food Rehab

No rigid rules, labels or dogmas.... just REAL food, for your body, mind & soul!

Lately I've been noticing how decrepit people look in the street - worn, with dull opaque skin and hair, overweight and sluggish. Living in the town that invented deep-fried mars bars and has more tanning salons per head than any other European city doesn't help. Nor does the smoking ban which forces ghoulish midday drinkers out of the pubs and onto the streets for a gasper.

I feel super smug because even though I'm a million miles away from having a perfect raw diet, I'm still eating lots of fresh raw food with most of the rest organic. I feel good; my eyes are clear and bright; and I can both pronounce and sprout quinoa.

Oh man, you totally cracked me up! Love your descriptions! Isn't it amazing when you're eyes are suddenly opened and you realize what's going on all around? Keep up the healthy smug, I say!

Great one! This gave me a grin :) I feel the same way when I'm rocking the raw, then I get humbled by some other challenge in life and it reminds me... we all have our struggles. Keep up the good work! and humor!
