For the life of me I cannot remember what I ate for breakfast yesterday.  I had to work at the co-op last night so when that happens I tend to forget to write down what I ate and when.  I do remember what I ate for lunch and dinner though:

Bean-Free Pine Nut Hummus on Cucumbers

Raw Pesto Crackers topped with Avocados, Sprouts, and Cucumber

3 Bananas

A couple of Dates

I was soooo thirsty yesterday and I know I did not get enough water.  We were so busy at work that I was running around the whole night.  I should have had some water before I went to bed last night but I didn't.  My goal for Day 27 is to drink more water.  We should never be thirsty... if we are it's time for water.

I am not a big weigher either but I decided to weigh myself on Jan 1st, on the 15th and again on the 31st.  My goal was just to eat 100% raw and not lose weight so it's been a bonus.  I could stand to lose 5-10 lbs more so in Feb I am going to incorporate working out 3 times per week.

That's awesome...I am losing too but since I don't weigh myself I don't know how much but my husband has lost at least 11 pounds so far too. It's just awesome knowing that eating raw can be so fulfilling and you can still lose weight. Way to go Amber!! Love seeing your post.

How much more are you planning to lose? Do you have a plan as far as what you will do after you hit goal and how you will maintain?

On days I am 100% raw, I have to drink more water too.  It is best if I have water bottles ALL around me, then I remember...lol.
