 I woke up today with a bit more energy then normal for me, at least lately.  It was a nice little change.  If this continues to be a trend I might just be able to kick the coffee habit a little sooner then expected.  I know in my last post I wrote the calories I ate, fat, and protein.  I am not planning on doing that for every post.  It's not really how I eat.  I like to eat more intuitive going toward eating what my body is signaling to me that it wants.  I also only eat when I am hungry or getting hungry for that matter and stop eating when I am just a bite or two past being full. The stats were more for a reference so others can see that I can successfully get protein without consuming animal product.  It's a shock for some of them I know.  I still feel like I am going strong and not really tempted to eat cooked food yet.  I even made my husband his cooked dinner tonight with no wishes to try it.  So what did I eat today?

Breakfast:
1 Quart V5 Juice

Lunch:
2 Apples
1 Pear
1 T Homemade Almond Butter

Snack:
16oz. #6 Inta Juice

Dinner:
Zucchini Carrot Alfrado

Dessert:
Banana Ice Cream with Date Caramel Sauce

There are recipes for all of these that I will share when I write my book.  I can tell you everything here is 100% Raw Vegan and it was all very delicious.  I even got the approval from my husband when he tried Banana Ice Cream for the first time.  I am still liking doing more of an 80/10/10 diet then anything.  My body is really liking it and I am feeling really good.

well I would say after January some time.  Since it will be about my 30 days 100% raw.  I'll maybe share a recipe or two before that though.  :)

Keep meaning to try banana ice-cream. As soon as I have some spare ripe ones, I'll experiment. When do you think your book will be ready? You've got one waiting customer here - zucchini carrot Alfrado sounds interesting!
