Adding LIFE to your years and years to your life!
My January resolution is to eat 100% raw for the whole month. I came up with it in December and have been excited about it ever sense! I do 12 resolutions (one for each month) instead of just 1. I find it much easier to stick too and much more fulfilling. I am still drinking 1 cup of coffee in the morning but that's it. I think February will be to kick the coffee habit but I can only successfully do so many things at once. What have I had to eat so far?
Breakfast: 1 Quart Pineapple, Orange, Raspberry Smoothie
Cal: 548 Fat: 4.9g Protein: 7.7g
Lunch: 15 Satsumas
Cal: 700 Fat: 0g Protein: 15g
That's all I planned so far. I am thinking a salad for dinner with a few apples for snack if I feel the need. I'll calculate those calories once I come up with it. My goal is about 1800 calories a day (that number resonates with me right now) and to see how I feel. I am very excited!
