Above is a slide show of what I've been drinking for the last 3 days (28 Day Total Reset Cleanse Days 4, 5 & 6). Juice, juice and more juice......oh, and lots of water too. I feel like I need to wring my socks out, but I've lost 5 pounds in a week, so who's complaining?! Sorry that I'm too tired to offer other details, but honestly, there's nothing too significant to report other than I feel great and I'm looking forward for a few more days on the juice train!

is it true drinking alot of water will help you lose weight? My dr wants me to lose 8 more pounds by may 16th and its becauuse i was at 148 last year when i had my heart attacks..I already lost 5 pounds but i feel its coming back , too busy at work to execise etc so what i can do , i will do
