I've had some small rawfood successes recently. A lovely chopped broccoli, cucumber, green pepper, cashew, raisin, mint salad box for my lunch one day. Another day I made a juice when I had been going to cook a soup. Seems like lunch is my easiest meal to make high raw.
I'm reading a book at the moment called Eating Less - by Gillian Riley. It's not about raw food, but it is about not restricting ourselves with rules and boundaries. As my experience showed me, rules and boundaries, however beneficial, can only hold firm for a certain time - then we break out with a rebellious abandon!
Anyway - it's teaching me about making real choices. And it's helping.
