So I went from London to Texas for a 2 week training course for my job as a civilian in the U.S Air Force. 

The first 3 days I managed to get to the wholefood store and eat lots of AWESOME fruit and veggies.  Stuff we can't even get in England lol.  FAN-TAS-TIQUE!

 

After the course began, there was no way I could get to the store and keep up the regime with gym workouts etc so I ate out quiet a lot but tried to go for vegetables and salads, where possible.  Quiet hard in TX as they got meat in nearly everything! Well with a big roll of the drums I can say I did not put any weight on and now I am home.  I am happy to start again my RAW food diet which I love.

 

As soon as we got home my husband made me a giant GLASS of carrot/celery/ginger and apple juice!  Love my darling.  

 

So now onto new adventures and trying new things out.  My new dehydrator should be on the way.

 

Sorry I have not been on the site for so long just been too busy.

Isn't it great to come back and realized that the efforts we did pay and that we didn't actually put on weight!!!! I just came back and that what happened to me and for once my holidays didn't turn into a food crave!!!!! You did so well you must be proud of yourself which means it'll be easier to be rawer now!!!!
