Real Food Rehab

No rigid rules, labels or dogmas.... just REAL food, for your body, mind & soul!

It's over now.

I've eaten an apple this morning and a grapefruit for lunch; and I'm completely stuffed by the way.

I'm green juicin primarily today, with some seaweed salad later tonight for dinner! Yum! No intestinal irritation to speak of because I took an hour to eat the apple and 30 minutes for the grapefruit.

For some reason two pieces of fruit was almost too delicious! :^) (38 days will do that to you I suppose.)

Saturday I have someone making me lasagna with egg plant instead of noodles for dinner; yes all vegetarian, but not raw of course. I get the feeling that she's trying to use old fashioned good food on me. (Well, it's working so far!) Hahaha....

Although I am straying from my raw food ways, I'm coming right back!

Have a great weekend everyone and try to keep it raw...well if you can. ;-)

Hope you won't mind how much cooked food will drag you down...I know you want to just let it be.....but I'm telling you...you will feel it especially after 38 days of juice.  Eat lots of fresh salad with the meal...that will help.

Congratulations on your accomplishment!  (Isn't FOOD wonderful when you've been on juice?!)

congratulations! the raw re-set button is always available. My strategy this weekend is to take my own lovely food along as I am attending a retreat that is not-raw. I will bring my own dinner and breakfast, then join in with the big salad at lunch time tomorrow. I know it will be wonderful and I choose to join in the conviviality of meal-times with my own Rawkin' foods - yay!
