Adding LIFE to your years and years to your life!
I recently switched from the SAD diet (though, vegetarian) to vegan (cooked) and hear many benefits about 'vegan' -- and, have watched many dvd''s encouraging the vegan way. I love pasta/rice and could eat it plain all day. However, I am very interested in raw and trying to learn more.
What was is that you either heard of or personally experienced yourself that convinced you to do raw vs cooked vegan?
(Maybe it might be motivating!)
